Big Tower Hide - Details
Costa Rica’s most beautiful frugivorous birds are awaiting our photographers in front of this hide. During the 4 months photo season, the birds receive one bunch of banana every day. In a single day, you can photograph over 20 species of birds, which stay for hours on the variety of photogenic branches and perches. The tower is built on the edge of the forest, under a solitary tree. Its windows are facing an open field with beautiful green background – ideal location for flight shots, as well. The rare Great Green Macaw nests 200 meters from the hide and occasionally passes by just a few meters from the hide.
